The office building’s lobby in Kyiv is defined by its minimalist design. The straightforward lines of the elevator area and reception desk are accentuated by copper panels, giving off a distinctly masculine vibe. This is softened by the PLYN sofa by FAINA, which adds a touch of femininity with its gentle curves.

Above, a chandelier composed of glass tubes adds a layer of complexity to the space, designed from Yakusha design’s sketches. It complements the coffee table below, which is also based on Yakusha design. Conceived from the same creative spark as the chandelier, it serves as the keystone of balance. Its robust shape and substantial presence echo the reception desk, yet it’s crafted from warm, natural stone. This material choice forges a kinship with the smoothness of the sofa and the chandelier, creating a harmonious blend at the tactile level.

In this lobby, the design elements coexist in a balanced state, each contributing to a cohesive aesthetic that’s both functional and understated
